If it were easy....

This week we will have beautiful weather!
I hope everyone can make it out! No excuses!

When you signed up for this running program you thought it was a great idea!

Well let me tell you, you were RIGHT! 

But if I can take it one step further it was a GENIUS idea!

In the great words of Thomas Edison:

"Genius is one percent inspiration, ninety-nine percent perspiration"!!!!

Anyone can have a great idea but making it a reality involves hard work!

If it was easy we would all be super models with a long waiting list of who makes the cover of the fitness magazine! 

Put in the perspiration guys!!! YOU ARE worth it!
